AI Studio
Image and video models are powerful, but on a real production each person prompts differently, results scatter across tools, and frames end up looking generated. AI Studio is the workflow layer we are building on top of the best available models to fix that. It runs inside the team's chat, where the work already happens.
LOCK
One look per project
Approved characters, wardrobe, locations and image recipe live in a single project lock set that every person and every step shares.
BOARD
Shot list to board
The assistant turns a shot list into board frames using the lock set, checks them for tell-tale AI artefacts, and sends them for approval.
MOTION
Board to shots
Approved frames become the first frame of each video shot. Takes, selects and hand-off to post are tracked per scene.
Craft built in
The director's method for a cinematic image is encoded in the system, so quality does not depend on who is at the keyboard.
Machines repeat, people choose
Repetitive steps are automated. Every creative decision is approved by a person, with one clear approved version.
One library per project
Every result lands in the project's library, so nothing is lost and the next project starts from what was learned.

The whole system is designed, written and operated with Claude Code: the workflow design, the code, the servers it runs on, and the prompt craft behind every image recipe.

People stay in charge
Anything involving money or attendance runs on fixed forms and buttons. AI reads, summarises and reminds; it does not decide.

Client material stays protected
Company and personal data are kept in separate systems, and client briefs are handled under clear rules about what may leave the studio.
